Registration & Social Function Cancellations
All cancellations and changes to your registration (including social functions) must be received via email to The Event Gap by close of business Friday 14 June 2025.
Cancellations of tickets purchased for the social functions received within 72 hours of the social function will incur a $100 cancellation charge per ticket. This charge will be charged to the credit card provided at time of registration or invoiced to the delegate per billing details provided at the time of registration.
Each delegate registration will receive a confirmation email containing any specified requirements.
Accommodation Cancellations
To ensure no cancellation fees apply, accommodation cancellations must be made in writing to The Event Gap and received prior to close of business Thursday 19 June 2025. Any cancellations received from Friday 20 June 2025 will incur a 100% cancellation fee for each room night released.
Accommodation must be prepaid in full by close of business Thursday 19 June 2025. If payment has not been received by this date, the credit card provided in your booking will be charged for the total outstanding amount.

Online Credit Cards
(1) All credit card payments will incur the following merchant fee: VISA/MASTERCARD/AMEX = 2.3%
(2) Accommodation must be prepaid in full by Thursday 19 June 2025. If payment has not been received by this date, the credit card provided in your booking will be charged for the total outstanding amount.
(3) Should there be registration fees outstanding 7 days post-conference (5 August 2025), the credit card provided on the accommodation page will be automatically charged for the entire outstanding balance.
You will be required to accept these terms and conditions upon registering. Your registration will not be processed without the agreement being accepted.
SPONSOR TERMS & CONDITIONs
Payment of the sponsorship package must be made in full within 14 days of the date of the Invoice. Payment of sponsorship packages from the Friday 27 June 2025, will be required to be made by credit card payment only.
If you request to cancel your sponsorship package and it is received in writing to the organiser by the Friday 27 June 2025 no cancellation fee will apply. If the cancellation is presented in writing from the Saturday 28 June 2025, a $500 cancellation admin fee will be applied (the remaining of your sponsorship package fee will be refunded).
Please note the reason given for the request for the cancellation is, in the opinion of the organiser, reasonable and well founded as determined by the organiser acting in its sole discretion.
